Covid 19 Update – May 2020
As the world is shopping more than ever online, the postal systems are struggling to keep up. We can only but ask for your patience during this time. As a workshop, we remain open and are shipping on a daily basis, the team here are working over time to get your orders out and brushes made. However, we highly recommend Fedex of DPD for the UK at this time. We know it’s a little more expensive, but it is worth it to guarantee a quick delivery. Important Notice

USA CUSTOMERS : As agreed in the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 from March 10 2016 de minimis value of a shipment of merchandise imported by one person from UK to USA on one day has been increased to $800.

International Orders

Important Notice

Countries within the EEC are not eligible to pay ‘Import Taxes or Duties’ – On occasion other Countries will pay an ‘Import Duty and/or Tax’ relevant to that Country – Please check with your ‘local’ Customs office if you are unsure.

Canadian Customers – please note that any order over the value of $10 CAD may incur a customs fee. This fee is based on the value of your order and cannot be predicted by us. This is Canadian Customs standard fee, and out of our control.

Returns

We are happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will gladly organize a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had a different item, in this case, though we cannot pay the postage/courier charge either way. We will go above and beyond to help you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at the discretion of the company and will be dealt with reasonably and fairly.

Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it hasn’t left our premises then we will need to charge the fee that the Bank/Paypal charge us. If the order has left the premises then further charges may apply.
