Covid 19 Update – January 2022

As a company within the manufacturing industry, life is returning to some what normal – however as the world opens up, please do expect and be patient with some delays. It’s difficult to give exact delivery times since each countries (and states) vary with their Covid-19 restrictions. As a general rule, in the UK, things are beginning to look more ‘normal’. World wide is more difficult to judge and only you would know what the real Covid-19 situation is in your area. As you will aware, over the last 24 months more folks are shopping online than ever before which has caused a massive logistics congestion and back log for all the major couriers worldwide. We are working hard to offer a smooth & efficient service.

European Union Delivery

Important Notice for European Customers – We want to make you aware that we have IOSS implemented on our website.

IOSS (Import One Stop Shop), allows us to collect VAT on orders to EU below €150. The €150 net threshold is calculated before adding VAT and shipping. This will mean that orders will pass through customs smoothly and quickly and there will be no hidden charges. For EU businesses that are registered for VAT, we will send deliveries under the DDU service which means that our courier will contact you when the parcel reaches customs and request payment of VAT and duty fees (if any). In this way the VAT can be reclaimed on your usual monthly or quarterly VAT return. Please put your VAT/EORI number within your order notes.

Important Notice

USA CUSTOMERS : As agreed in the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 from March 10 2016 de minimis value of a shipment of merchandise imported by one person from UK to USA on one day has been increased to $800.

Important Notice

Canadian Customers – Please note that any order over the value of $10 CAD may incur a customs fee. This fee is based on the value of your order and cannot be predicted by us. This is Canadian Customs standard fee, and out of our control.

Returns

We are happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 28 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days. For international returns, we ask you state on your packet “Returns – No Commercial Value”.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will gladly organise a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or if you wish you had a different item, in this case though we cannot pay the postage/courier charge either way. We will go above and beyond to help you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at the discretion of the company and will be dealt with reasonably and fairly.

Import Duty

As a company, we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes your country may require you to pay. It is your responsibility to check your import authorities terms & conditions for these costs. We are also not allowed, by law, to manipulate invoices or change the total amount for you.

Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it hasn’t left our premises then we will need to charge the fee that the Bank/Paypal charge us. If the order has left the premises then further charges may apply.

Refunds

We always endeavour to issue refunds as quickly as possible, and through the same method you originally made payment. Refunds can take 3-5 workings days, depending on the speed of the bank!
