Postage Update: Royal Mail affecting UK customers.
Due to the amount of strikes Royal Mail are intending at the end of November 2022, we have worked with ‘The Delivery Group’ to maintain the flow of mail for us all. Royal Mail will not be an option for UK customers at checkout during this period. We will continue to use Royal Mail before and after the strikes. We hope this gives you peace of mind that during ‘e-commerce’s busiest period i.e. pre-Christmas, we will continue to be able to serve you. Thank you for your understanding and of course your order.
Please note that the alternate couriers, Yodel and DPD are now under great pressure at present by taking on a lot of Royal Mails deliveries due to their strikes. Please be patient they are doing their best to get orders to you as fast as they can. We apologise on their behalf for any potential delays.

European Union Delivery
Important Notices for European Customers – updated November 2022:

We remain focused on the wellbeing and safety of our shippers and couriers, who are closely monitoring the situation and we will update when we get more information.
We want to make you aware that we have IOSS implemented on our website.
IOSS (Import One Stop Shop), allows us to collect VAT on orders to EU below €150. The €150 net threshold is calculated before adding VAT and shipping. This will mean that orders will pass through customs smoothly and quickly and there will be no hidden charges. For EU businesses that are registered for VAT, we will send deliveries under the DDU service which means that our courier will contact you when the parcel reaches customs and request payment of VAT and duty fees (if any). In this way the VAT can be reclaimed on your usual monthly or quarterly VAT return. Please put your VAT/EORI number within your order notes.

USA CUSTOMERS: As agreed in the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 from March 10 2016 the minimal value of a shipment of merchandise imported by one person from UK to USA on one day has been increased to $800.

Non-EU and Other International Orders
World Wide Important Notices:**Tracked: A tracking number will be provided and your parcel must be signed for.
Canadian Customers – Please note that any order over the value of $10 CAD may incur a customs fee. This fee is based on the value of your order and cannot be predicted by us. This is Canadian Customs standard fee, and out of our control.
Bulky Items – Large items such as brush cases, paint sets and mahl sticks are currently only available to ship to certain countries. These are the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia and New Zealand. We are working on opening up more countries as soon as possible.

We are happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 28 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days. For international returns, we ask you state on your packet “Returns – No Commercial Value”.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will gladly organise a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or if you wish you had a different item, in this case though we cannot pay the postage/courier charge either way. We will go above and beyond to help you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at the discretion of the company and will be dealt with reasonably and fairly.
As a company, we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes your country may require you to pay. It is your responsibility to check your import authorities terms & conditions for these costs. We are also not allowed, by law, to manipulate invoices or change the total amount for you.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it hasn’t left our premises then we will need to charge the fee that the Bank/Paypal charge us. If the order has left the premises then further charges may apply.
We always endeavour to issue refunds as quickly as possible, and through the same payment method you originally made. Refunds can take 3-5 workings days, depending on the speed of the bank!
