Returns

We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacture. We will gladly organise a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had a different item, in this case we will normally pay postage for you with compliments BUT on larger items, or overseas customers we may need to charge the postage at cost. We will go above and beyond to help you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at the discretion of the company, and will be dealt with reasonably and fairly.
