We are happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will gladly organise a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had a different item, in this case, though we cannot pay the postage/courier charge either way. We will go above and beyond to help you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at the discretion of the company and will be dealt with reasonably and fairly.
